Terms & Conditions

The terms that govern your use of this website and our professional services.

Last updated: 1 January 2026

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the boardassessment.services website (the "Site") and any related services provided by Board Assessment Services ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Site or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

2. Our services

Board Assessment Services provides board and executive assessment, coaching, and advisory services, including the administration of validated third-party psychometric instruments. All engagements are subject to a separate written services agreement that sets out scope, fees, and deliverables. In the event of any inconsistency, the signed services agreement prevails over these Terms.

Information presented on the Site, including articles, research summaries, and pricing, is provided for general information only and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or governance advice.

3. Fees and pricing

Indicative prices shown on the Site are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Pricing for psychometric instruments reflects third-party licence costs and may change without notice. Final fees are confirmed in writing prior to commencement of any engagement.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, frameworks, and methodologies — is owned by or licensed to Board Assessment Services and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. Third-party instruments remain the property of their respective publishers.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site in any way that is unlawful, infringes the rights of others, or interferes with its operation or security. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, its servers, or connected systems.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Board Assessment Services excludes all liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
